Serial B.C. fraudster Devries sought Canada-wide for alleged breach of bail

A serial fraudster is wanted on a Canada-wide warrant, months after being released from prison. Police across B.C. are looking to apprehend Wesley John Devries, 45, after he allegedly breached the conditions of his release. He has been wanted since last week.
