PACE Adopts Resolutions on Dublin Regulation, New Migration Challenges

The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) adopted two resolutions Tuesday, including one on a review of the Dublin Regulation, and another one on addressing new migration and asylum challenges.
