Cuba Rejects NATO Expansion Along Russian Borders, Sanctions Against Moscow

Cuba rejects NATO’s plans to expand toward Russia’s frontiers, as well as the sanctions the West has imposed on Moscow, Cuban President Raul Castro said at the UN General Assembly.
