EU Countries Not Supportive of Anti-ISIL Ground Operation

Czech Prime Minister Bohuslav Sobotka said that long-standing conflict between the Shiites and the Sunnis in the Middle East cannot be solved by a once-only military intervention, especially by the European or NATO expeditionary forces.
