Russian Railway Line Bypassing Ukraine to Start Operating in 2017

A 122-km railway line, which runs to the Russian south bypassing Ukraine is expected to start operating before the end of 2017, Vice-President of the state-owned Russian Railways Oleg Toni told journalists Saturday.
