Former general Romeo Dallaire to receive honorary UBC law degree for Rwanda work

The University of B.C. will recognize retired Lt.-Gen. Romeo Dallaire with an honorary law degree for his humanitarian work. Dallaire helped saved thousands of lives during a 1994 genocide when he was a force commander with the United Nations Assistance Mission to Rwanda.
