Russia Sends Inquiry to Volkswagen Over Emissions Scandal

Russia's Federal Agency on Technical Regulating and metriology (Rosstandart) said Thursday it had sent an inquiry to German auto giant Volkswagen in light of a recent scandal involving diesel engines used on the company's cars.
