EU Commission Proposes Millions in Emergency Funds Amid Migrant Crisis

The European Commission has proposed more financial support to EU states with an external border, their immediate neighbors and aid agencies to help them manage the escalating migrant crisis, President Jean-Claude Juncker said Wednesday.
