Libya Cannot Cope With Migrant Flow as 'NATO Destroyed Coastguard Ships'

The Libya’s coastguard lacks essential equipment and technical resources to control the flow of undocumented migrants to Europe by sea, a Libyan Navy spokesman said Wednesday.
