ASK TONY: KLM lost my son's bag - but won't pay for new ski clothes

My son flew to Stuttgart with KLM but his luggage never arrived. The officer in charge of the group was then authorised by KLM to spend £400 on replacement clothes, but KLM refused to pay back.
