Wife of cyclist killed in Pemberton crash sues alleged drunk driver and car owner

The wife of a B.C. cyclist killed this spring in a collision with an alleged drunk driver has filed a lawsuit, seeking damages from both the car’s driver and owner. The suit stems from the May 31 crash that killed Ross Henry Chafe and Kelly Blunden, who were out for a weekend bicycle ride on Highway 99, north of Pemberton.
