Before even a frame has shot, the buzz is building around "The Girl On The Train." The source material is Paula Hawkins' novel, which became something of a sensation this year. And the trio of lead actresses cast so far is pretty terrific too, with Emily Blunt, Rebecca Ferguson, and Haley Bennett all nabbing roles. Now, two more big names are boarding the picture.
Variety reports Jared Leto and Chris Evans are in early talks for the movie, slated to be directed by Tate Taylor ("The Help," "Get On Up"). The plot revolves around a young woman whose observations of a married couple on her daily commute take a sudden, deadly turn when she sees something not quite right. And while the story has been transplanted from Britain to New York City, Blunt recently confirmed her character will keep her accent.
