Poland Prepares to Demolish Remaining Soviet Monuments to WWII Liberation

Poland's Institute of National Remembrance, a government-affiliated research institute charged with lustration and de-communization, has set its sights on the country's remaining Soviet-era monuments and memorials, including those erected in honor of the hundreds of thousands of Soviets killed liberating Poland from Nazi Germany.
