Takeover of mobile phone operator O2 by Three-owner Hutchison Whampoa could lead to it becoming listed company again

Hutchison’s planned £10.3bn deal to buy O2 from Telefonica would make it the biggest mobile operator in Britain and it is looking at options with investors to float the combined £15bn group.
