US-Backed Iraqi Militia Accused of Abducting Civilians, Destroying Towns

Shia militia groups backed by the Iraqi government and the US-led coalition against ISIL deliberately destroyed hundreds of homes and abducted more than 200 people after retaking the city of Tikrit earlier this year, a new report has found.
