Americorps volunteer shares 9/11 experience

A 20-year-old Mark Lindquist was sitting in a boardroom in Washington, D.C., when the windows shook at 9:37 a.m. Sept. 11, 2001, as a plane crashed into the west wall of the Pentagon.
