Kiev to Abstain From Proposals on Donbass Elections

Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko said that Ukraine is ready to listen to proposals regarding the discussions on possibilities to hold elections in Donbass from self-proclaimed Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics if they meet democratic standards.
