Chelsea fullback Azpilicueta unsurprised Spanish players flooding England

Chelsea fullback Cesar Azpilicueta isn't surprised seeing so many Spanish players now in England.

He admits the Spanish invasion of the Premier League is in part financially inspired, but says that is far from the only motive.

He told the Daily Mail: "You can see it with players from the first division in Spain going to play in the second division in England because there they will earn more and if you look at the TV rights the English clubs are more financially powerful.

"But it's not just that. English football has something special that players in Spain want to experience and I want to keep on fighting to stay at this club for a long time."
