Vaughn Palmer: As Site C construction starts, so does the bickering

The on-and-off relationship between the building trade unions and BC Hydro over the Site C project would appear to be on the slide again. “Shouldn’t British Columbians be first to get the jobs to build Site C,” asked the full page advertisement the trades placed recently in the Alaska Highway News and the Prince George Citizen.
