Victoria police probing death of 18-month-old girl

Police in Victoria are investigating after an 18-month-old toddler was found dead early Wednesday. Just before 6 a.m., police were called to a home in the 1200-block Vista Heights “to check on the welfare of the persons there,” according to a release.
