Defence claims former Mountie was framed by ex-wife in child porn case

A former Vernon RCMP officer facing charges of child pornography appeared in court Wednesday during closing arguments in the case. Ryan Hampton faces nine charges, including two counts of possessing and accessing child pornography, six counts of breach of undertaking for contacting his ex-wife Valerie Little when ordered not to and one count of attempting to obstruct justice by allegedly telling her not to contact police.
