EU ministers agree 'in principle' to relocate 120,000 refugees

EU interior ministers agreed Monday to relocate an additional 120,000 asylum-seekers in EU member countries following an earlier plan to redistribute 40,000 now being temporarily housed in Italy and Greece, the EU government in Luxembourg said.
