She's killing it! Madeline Stuart, the Australian model with Down syndrome who made headlines for being one of the first models with Down syndrome to book New York Fashion Week shows, walked in her first NYFW runway on Sunday, Sept. 13.

Strutting down the catwalk in multiple looks for Hendrik Vermeulen Spring 2016 at Vanderbilt Hall in Midtown Manhattan, Stuart, 18, gave her best blue steel. Her long, red hair was done up in a messy chignon and her face was painted with a high-fashion metallic design, fitting with the show.

The Brisbane native went viral earlier this year after her activewear and swimsuit photos were posted on Facebook. "She's worked hard for [her accomplishments,]" her mother, Rosanna Stuart (pictured above in a rehearsal with Madeline) told the Daily Mail in July. "People with Down syndrome can do anything. I think it's time people realized that people with Down syndrome can be sexy and beautiful. We will only continue doing this as long as Maddy is happy doing this. It's only what makes Maddy happy that's important."

But that's not all! The model is also the face of two new campaigns. EverMaya has introduced a line of handbags named after her (five percent of the sales will go to the National Down's Syndrome Society) and activewear line Manifesta has also signed a contract with Stuart.
