Hungry black bears killed in Port Coquitlam after trying to break into homes

Two black bears were shot and killed in Port Coquitlam last week, after it was found the two bears were attempting to break into homes in search of food. The bears were estimated to be about 500 pounds each and were seen scavenging for food in residential areas near Wellington Park.
