Teen charged with manslaughter in dad’s death ordered released on $2-million bail

A Vancouver teen charged in the slaying of his elderly father has been ordered released on $2 million bail. In June, Alexander Konstanovich Shevalev, 19, was charged with manslaughter in the death of his father, 80-year-old Vladimir Shevalev, after an investigation by Vancouver police.
