Britain to Pay Up, Despite Pulling Out of EU Relocation Plans

British taxpayers look to set to contribute $140 million (£90m) towards an EU plan to relocate 160,000 asylum seekers across the bloc, despite the UK opting out of the agreement, which Prime Minister David Cameron has said could encourage more people to risk their lives and travel to Europe.
