Gulf States 'Responsible for Syrian Crisis', Must Extend Aid to Refugees

On Tuesday, White House spokesperson Josh Earnest called on the Gulf Arab states to step up their efforts in response to the large-scale migration crisis in Europe as the unprecedented number of refugees flee violence in the Middle East primarily from Syria.
