Kremlin Awaits Bulgaria's Explanation on Airspace Closure

Moscow is waiting for explanations from Sofia following the closure of the Bulgarian airspace for Russian transport planes carrying humanitarian aid to war-torn Syria, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Tuesday.
