EU Commission Establishes Trust Fund for Africa to Resolve Migrant Crisis

European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker is expected to propose the establishment of an EU Trust Fund to provide financial support to African countries in an effort to tackle the ongoing migrant crisis, an EU source told RIA Novosti on Tuesday.
