Japan's Mitsui Sumitomo set to nab Lloyd's of London insurer Amlin

The all-cash bid from Mitsui Sumitomo is pitched at a 36 per cent premium to Amlin's closing share price yesterday, meaning Amlin shareholders stand to make 670p per share.
