Russia 'Security Guarantor' of Central Asian Regions - Indian Official

Russia is the guarantor and provider of security in the Central Asian region, interested in peace and stability in Afghanistan, former Indian Ambassador to Kazakhstan, Sweden and Latvia Ashok Sajjanhar told Sputnik Monday.
