A very sneaky driver is facing charges and has had his car seized after police discovered his license plate had been rigged to avoid paying bridge tolls. Police sau the dodge began unravelling in December 2014, after an off-duty Surrey RCMP officer was driving behind a car leaving Surrey and headed across the Golden Ears Bridge toward Ridge Meadows.
