Friday's Editorial: Tragic, unfair outcome for Syrian innocents

If only those two Syrian children had become visible as innocent, deserving individuals before they drowned on the way to Greece, they might have been plucked from a rising tide of desperate migrants and found their way to a full life in Canada.
