Russian ambassador to Armenia visits Gavar at Gegarkunik province governor's invitation
YEREVAN, September 4. /ARKA/. Russian Ambassador to Armenia Ivan Volinkin traveled to the city of Gavar on Thursday at the invitation of Rafik Grigoryan, governor of Gegarkunik province.
