Администрация Приморья подписала соглашение с якорным резидентом ТОР «Надеждинская»
Губернатор Приморского края Владимир Миклушевский и компания ООО «Инком ДВ» сегодня, 2 сентября, подписали соглашение о намерениях по реализации инвестпроекта транспортно-логистического комплекса «Южный Приморский Терминал» в ТОР «Надеждинская».

«Строительство терминала существенно сократит сроки доставки грузов через порты Дальнего Востока, а особый таможенный и налоговый режимы сделают Приморье выгодным транспортным хабом», – отметили представители компании.
Отметим, объем капитальных вложений ООО «Инком ДВ» в проект «Южный Приморский Терминал» уже составил более 400 миллионов рублей. И планируемый объем инвестиций значительно превысит эту сумму. Кроме того, реализация проекта позволит создать в районе не менее 180 новых рабочих мест только на начальном этапе.
Напомним, постановлением Правительства РФ определен особый правовой и таможенный режим осуществления предпринимательской деятельности на территории опережающего социально-экономического развития для определенных видов экономической деятельности.
ТОР «Надеждинская» предполагает создание мультимодального транспортно-логистического комплекса на международном транзитном коридоре «Приморье-1». Площадка в 810 гектаров, обеспеченная необходимой дорожной и инженерной инфраструктурой, разместит не менее 30 резидентов.
По мнению Губернатора Приморья Владимира Миклушевского, даст новый импульс развитию территории Приморского края в целом и Надеждинского района в частности.

Primorskiy territory administration signed an agreement with the anchor resident of TAEG “Nadezhdinskaya”
Today, September,2 the Governor of Primorskiy territory Vladimir Miklushevskiy and “Income DV” LLC signed an agreement of intent to implement the investment project of a transport-logistic complex “South Primorye Terminal” at TAEG “Nadezhdinskaya”.
“Income DV” LLC is one of anchor residents of Territory of advanced economic growth “Nadezhdinskaya”. The investment project of the company – a transport-logistic terminal – is located on the crossroads of the main transport corridors.
Almost a half of 810 hectares of the land allotted for TAEG “Nadezhdinskaya” will be occupied by a dry port, cargo terminal serving the TAEG residents and in the future a regional logistic center where the cargoes arriving by railway, sea or road will be handled.
The main advantage of the project is proximity of ports and airport, border checkpoints of China and DPRK. Moreover here a railway and automobile roads meet. Primorye will effectively compete on the Asia-Pacific regional market.
“A new terminal will sufficiently cut back on the length of cargo delivery via Far Eastern ports and a special customs and tax regimes will make Primorye a very profitable transportation hub,” – the representatives of the company noted.
It should be mentioned that the amount of investments of “Income DV” LLC to the project “South Primorye Terminal” has already constituted more than 400 million rubles. And a planned amount of investments will sufficiently exceed this number. Moreover the implementation of the project will let us create at least 180 new working places at the first stage.
The Governor of Primorskiy territory Vladimir Miklushevskiy noted that federal and regional budgets invest in creation of necessary engineering and road infrastructure and the investors should put up the capital in creation of relevant production.
“First of all, implementation of TAEG projects is an additional income to the regional and federal budgets, it is creation of new productions and additional working places,” – the head of the region underlined.
We remind that according to the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation a special legal and customs regime for entrepreneurship activities of specified spheres of economy on the territories of advanced economic growth was defined.
TAEG “Nadezhdinskaya” assumes creation of a multimodal transport-logistic complex on the international transition corridor “Primorye-1”. A territory on 810 hectares with necessary road and engineering infrastructure will allocate at least 30 residents.
As the Governor of Primorye Vladimir Miklushevskiy considers, TAEG “Nadezhdinskaya” will give a new impulse to development of Primorskiy territory as a whole and Nadezhdinskiy district in particular.
