Deep Purple — Hush — 1968 (Remastered)
American composer and musician Joe South wrote "Hush" for Billy Joe Royal (best known for "Down in the Boondocks"), but British hard rock band 'Deep Purple' made it a bigger hit. Specially in North America while strangely enough going largely unnoticed in the United Kingdom.
