CCSD releases bell schedule proposal, associated costs for buses

Three meetings and an online survey with nearly 3,000 responses helped form the Charleston County School District's new bell schedule proposal for districts 4, 9, and 10. The proposal primarily shifts middle school schedules and will cost approximately $6 million.
