Watch: New Trailer For Russell Crowe’s Directorial Debut ‘The Water Diviner’ With Olga Kurylenko & Jai Courtney
Now, I'm no marketing person, but I'd humbly suggest that "The Water Diviner" probably isn't the most exciting title in the world for a movie. Nevertheless, it's the one Russell Crowe is going with for his feature directorial debut. And after opening in a number of overseas territories, the picture is now coming stateside, and a new trailer has arrived.
Crowe also appears in front of the camera, alongside Olga Kurylenko, Jai Courtney, Cem Yılmaz and Yılmaz Erdoğan, in this historical tale about an Australian man who travels to Turkey four years after the Battle of Gallipoli to locate his three missing sons, one of whom was reported missing in action. So expect some sweeping vistas, wrenching emotion and more, as Crowe tells his first big-screen story.
"The Water Diviner" opens on April 24th. Watch below.
