Yep, the actor, who also plays music on the side, has a new album coming out called Jeff Bridges Sleeping Tapes, and no, this is not a joke, and yes, this is real. The album, as you might guess, is designed — through ambient sounds, music and even some of the soothing tones of Bridges himself talking — to help you get a good night's rest. The album is now available via pay-what-you-can downloads, with a limited number of physical copies too, with sales going to the charity Share Our Strength’s No Kid Hungry.
