Nurse guilty of hit-and-run that led to man’s death in 2022, Virginia Beach jury finds

A Virginia Beach jury found a pediatric ICU nurse guilty of a hit-and-run involving personal injury for when he caused life-threatening injuries to a Navy chief petty officer with his car. Joshua Robinson, 36, was also charged with involuntary manslaughter and second-degree murder, of which jurors found him not guilty. Robinson testified on the third day of his trial that he’d been drinking with friends on July 4, 2022.
