High school basketball: Bentworth tops Carrick to secure tournament title

Adam Moessner had a game-high 17 points to help Bentworth defend its home court with a 61-45 victory over Carrick in the championship game of its tournament Tuesday night. Ben Hays added 16 points for the Bearcats and Ryan Moessner contributed 14 points, all in the first half.
