Maalik box office collection day 3: Rajkummar Rao starrer remains steady, earns THIS amount over weekend

Rajkummar Rao has impressed the audience with his performance in Maalik. He left everyone surprised with a completely new avatar. Maalik has become the new favourite of the audience. It is all about the gangster world and Rajkummar is seen in a different role as compared to his previous films. Maalik is directed by Pulkit and has got an amazing response from the audience. But, there are a few who did not like it and found a few flaws. But overall, it is a hit in terms of reviews. The film also stars Manushi Chhillar, Sourabh Shukla, Sourabh Sachdeva, and Prosenjit Chatterjee in key role. Produced by Kumar Taurani under the Tips Films banner in collaboration with Jay Shewakramani of Northern Lights Films, the film has done a good work at the box office.

How much did Maalik earned?

After a slow start on day 1, it picked up well on the second say. It won't be wrong to say that the weekend has proved to be fruitful for Maalik. On its first day (Friday), the film earned Rs 3.75 crore. It seemed like a slow start but it picked up during the weekend. On its first Saturday, it earned Rs 5.25 crore. This was a good start to the weekend.

Now, as per early estimates in Sacnilk, Rajkummar Rao's film earned Ra 5.25 crore. This now takes the total box office collection to Rs 14.25 crore. Well, with no big promotions, the film has earned well. It is also facing a tough competition from so many big films at the box office. Movies like Aankhon Ki Gustaakiyaan and Metro In Dino are also doing good. This is a big story in entertainment news.

Superman has released and it has a huge fan following in India. But, Maalik is slowly showing growth and can be a good competition to the other films. However, Maalik could not match the opening numbers of Rajkummar Rao's Bhool Chuk Maaf. The film had earned Rs 7 crore on day 1.

But again, Maalik looks quite promising and has earned Rajkummar a lot of praises. The film is written by Jyotsana Nath and Pulkit. It will be interesting to see whether Maalik will beat Superman, Aankhon Ki Gustaakiyaan and Metro In Dino.
