Param Singh on drop in the TRPs of GHKPM
However, the new story of the show could not connect much with the audience. Now, Param Singh who plays Dr Neil in Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin has opened up about the drop in the TRPs of the show. He spoke to BollywoodLife exclusively and said, "Drops and highs happen all the time when it comes to TRP game I feel. In my opinion, acceptance towards any storyline is subjective. There could be viewers liking one track and then disliking the next and some preferring something else to watch so in my opinion nothing is consistent. Having said that, I genuinely feel it's too soon to gauge if the viewers have built a connection with the show or they haven't, I feel."
He further shared if he had apprehensions while joining the show as the audience do not accept new leads soon. He said, "No I didn't really have any apprehensions as such before taking up the show. I was ready for a lot of comparisons and flaque to come my way. I just thought that I will give my best to Neil's character and work towards it with sincerity."
He also shared how excited he was to join the show and whether he felt any pressure before entering an already successful TV serial. He shared, "No I had no pressure joining Ghum Hai Kisike Pyaar Mein instead I was excited to be a part of a show that's already accepted by the audience and has an amazing team of writers, directors and producers. The only pressure was to think of ways to go about my character and to perform my bit well."
