Royal Enfield Expands Pre-Owned Motorcycle Business to 236 Cities
Royal Enfield has announced a significant expansion of its pre-owned motorcycle platform, REOWN. The service, launched in select cities in 2023, is now accessible in 236 cities across India, offering enthusiasts a reliable way to buy, sell, or exchange their Royal Enfield motorcycles.
Nationwide Reach and Service Expansion
With REOWN now available through 475 dealerships in 236 cities across 24 states and union territories, Royal Enfield is extending its promise of trust and transparency to a wider customer base. The program simplifies motorcycle ownership transitions, ensuring a seamless experience for sellers and buyers.
Customers can either visit physical stores or use the online platform to explore the REOWN services. Sellers benefit from free inspections scheduled online, with evaluations conducted by authorized dealerships. Non-Royal Enfield motorcycles can also be exchanged through partnerships with platforms like Adroit Auto, SAMIL, and Instabid, broadening the program’s appeal.
Certified Quality and Assurance
REOWN-certified motorcycles undergo over 200 technical and mechanical checks at authorized Royal Enfield service centers. Each pre-owned bike is refurbished with genuine parts and comes with a 12-month warranty along with two complimentary services. This meticulous certification ensures buyers receive motorcycles that maintain Royal Enfield’s renowned quality standards.
Exclusive Loyalty Program
To add further value, Royal Enfield introduced a loyalty program under REOWN, offering exchange benefits for customers upgrading from a pre-owned Royal Enfield to a new model. Dubbed the “RE-to-RE” exchange, this initiative incentivizes loyal customers to stay within the brand’s ecosystem while simplifying the upgrade process.
A Transparent Solution for Enthusiasts
Chief Commercial Officer Yadvinder Singh Guleria emphasized that REOWN’s expansion reflects Royal Enfield’s commitment to its riding community. “By extending REOWN to 236 cities in under a year, we’re ensuring that owning a Royal Enfield—whether it’s a first-time purchase or an upgrade—is as hassle-free as possible,” said Guleria.
Supporting India’s Motorcycle Passion
This expansion aligns with Royal Enfield’s goal of fostering a deeper connection with its customer base, offering enthusiasts a reliable and trusted platform for all motorcycle ownership needs. Whether it’s acquiring a certified pre-owned motorcycle or trading up to the latest model, REOWN simplifies the journey for riders across India.
