Actor's son feels the pressure

The actor we are talking about is Babil Khan. His father, Irrfan Khan, has left behind a great legacy. As a star kid, many often compare him with his father. In 2022, Babil made his acting debut with the film Qala. It was a supporting character and he received appreciation for the same. But it looks like the expectations from people to be like his father are affecting him.

In an interview with Hindustan Times, Sutapa Sikdar revealed that Babil has been under a lot of pressure and she doesn't like it. Sutapa revealed how Irrfan never had that pressure and when that's not there, a person's individuality comes out. "It's not only about work but also about losing the father figure almost depression, mein hai! Usmein yeh stress and compression all the time. As a mother, I feel, 'Please mere bachche ko chor do'."

Further in this entertainment news, Sutapa stated that Babil Khan is quite vulnerable and does not have a fighter's spirit. In the same interview, she slammed those who compare Amitabh Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan. "Like, Abhishek Bachchan did amazing work in I Want to Talk but wahi hai...comparisons with legendary Amitabh Bachchan have works against him. I feel Babil is going through a similar ordeal," Sutapa said. She wants the comparison game to end and her son overcomes it soon.
