Often, actors are being made bizarre requests. The 80s and 90s were the wild times. We have seen celebrities dancing at weddings, marking their presence at corporate events and private parties. While that's normal, there was one actor who was paid to attend funerals. No, we aren't joking. The actor himself made these startling revelations. We wonder how many stars must have done this in the past.

Actor was paid to attend funerals

The actor we are talking about is Chunky Panday. On The Great Indian Kapil Show, Chunky revealed that one day he was on his way for a shoot and an organiser told him to come to Film City and to attend an event for 10 minutes on the way. Panday asked what clothes to wear and the person requested he wear white. Chunky didn't think much and wore white.

When the Housefull star arrived at the event, he saw everyone was wearing white. He also saw the body of the person whose funeral was being held. Further in this entertainment news, Chunky revealed how people were discussing that the actor is also a part of the funeral. "I was naive and thought that the organiser might have died by the time I reached. I saw the organiser in the corner and called for him. He said, 'Sir, don't worry, your packet (of money) is with me. But the family said that if you would cry, they will give you more money.' This really happened," revealed the actor.

Well, that's a weird way to earn side money. But as we mentioned above, those were the wild times.

On the work front, Chunky Panday was last seen in the movie Vijay 69 with Anupam Kher. It received a lot of positive reviews. He will be next seen in Housefull 5 with Akshay Kumar, Abhishek Bachchan, Riteish Deshmukh, Jacqueline Fernandez, and others.
