This actor played so many villains that he ended up terrifying many people, especially kids. He began as a hero in Punjabi and Hindi movies and started playing negative characters in the late 1940s. The actor we are talking about was Pran Kishan Sikand. In a few years since he started playing the bad guys, directors noticed him and gave him more such iconic roles. His popularity reached such heights in the 60s and 70s that he earned more money than several top stars during that period.

When I went to someone's house in Delhi for tea, his young sister was whisked out of my sight. My friend later phoned me and said his sister had fought with him for bringing a bad man into the house."
