Armenia has handed over the 10th edition of the draft peace treaty to Azerbaijan, and it is no secret that this version largely includes a fully agreed-upon text. There are points that were previously fully agreed upon, and there are fragments of different articles that the sides managed to agree upon. Factually and technically, the text is fully agreed upon. And our proposal is to sign what has already been agreed upon, said Mirzoyan.-0-/p
