More than 6 billion drams to be allocated for mass sports development in Armenia in 2025

YEREVAN, October 29. /ARKA/. The allocation for mass sports development in Armenia will increase to approximately 6.2 billion drams in 2025, announced Minister of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports Zhanna Andreasyan./pp

Andreasyan highlighted that programs promoting mass sports and a healthy lifestyle will continue, with a focus on the Prime Minister's Cup, held in five sports. This year, about 6,500 bicycles were purchased for schools across Armenia for the road cycling tournament./pp

The minister also announced plans for a Prime Minister's Cup tournament for people with disabilities and a Basketball League for students in 2025. -0-/p
