Bayramov at  "3+3" meeting: Azerbaijan developed a concept for  preventing common challenges with the countries of the region

Azerbaijan has developed a concept for preventing common challenges with the countries of the region, as stated by Jeyhun Bayramov at the  "3+3" format meeting in Istanbul, according to APA.  Furthermore, as is customary, Bayramov deemed interference in Armenia's internal affairs as "normal", once again calling for amendments to the Republic's Constitution.

"Azerbaijan has developed a concept for prevention of common challenges in the fields of security, economy, trade, energy, transport, communications and the environment with the countries of the region. In order to ensure stable and sustainable peace in the region at such a critical moment as the post-conflict period, it is important to eliminate consequences of the former conflict through constitutional amendments," the representative of the state that continues to occupy the sovereign territories of Armenia cynically stated. 

Note that currently a meeting of the regional consultative platform "3+3" is taking place in Istanbul at the level of the heads of the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, Azerbaijan, Iran, Russia and Turkey.  Georgia is once again not participating in the meeting.
